These draft website terms describe the intended public-site behavior and require review against Whitestone Partners’ final legal entity and contracting documents before launch.

Website information

The site provides general information about Whitestone’s engineering approach and services. It is not legal, financial, security, or professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship.

Illustrative material and evidence

Illustrative traces are synthetic and are labeled as such. Labs, prior experience, public research, and client work are separate evidence classes. A public artifact does not guarantee a particular result for another system or environment.

Technology relationships

Program membership does not mean that a technology company is a customer, endorses Whitestone, or guarantees the outcome of an engagement. Exact designations and current limitations control over shorthand descriptions.

Engagements

Any consulting engagement requires a separate written agreement that defines scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property, security requirements, and applicable limitations.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass security controls, submit malicious payloads, or send information you are not authorized to share.
