Whitestone Partners uses the information you submit to evaluate and respond to a business inquiry. This page describes the intended launch behavior of the website; it should be reviewed against the final legal entity, contracts, and configured vendors before publication.

Information we collect

The contact form may collect your name, work email, company, role, system context, platform selections, timing, and consent. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, customer records, payment-card data, protected health information, or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use inquiry data to assess fit, respond, schedule a conversation, maintain a business relationship, prevent abuse, and operate the site. We do not send free-form project context to product analytics.

Service providers

The intended processors are HubSpot for customer relationship management, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Upstash for rate limiting and idempotency, PostHog EU for cookieless aggregate product analytics, Sentry for error-only monitoring, and Vercel for hosting. Only configured providers receive data, and each provider remains subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

Retention

Business inquiry records are intended to be retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, legal obligation, dispute, or security investigation. Abuse-prevention records are short-lived. Retention must be confirmed in the final vendor configuration.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry data by emailing hashem@whitestonep.com. Applicable rights depend on your location and the final contracting entity.
